The Lord of the Rings Essay Analysis

Essay on the Lord of the Rings film directed by Peter Jackson

The most exciting part of the movie

The title of the discussed movie is the Lord of the Rings. The film’s director is Peter Jackson. The most exciting part of the movie is the final battle between the armies of good and evil represented by the two opposite sides of the narrative’s conflict. The final battle takes place in the third film of the trilogy. There seems to be no doubt that the scope of the battle is very impressive. There are thousands of humans and orcs, who fight against each other. At the same time, the director introduced several types of specific creatures, such as Oliphants to surprise the audience and make the visual part of the movie more interesting for the viewers. The discussed combat finishes with the victory of Gondor’s army due to the help of ghosts led by Aragorn. This moment is extremely nervous because the outcome of each moment is uncertain for the audience.

The most boring part of the movie

The most boring part of the movie is connected with the long story of Frodo’s journey through the lands of the Middle-Earth. Actually, the movie is very long. The length of the third part is more than three hours. It means that it is hard to focus on all events and heroes, who appear during the story. Consequently, some parts of the film could seem boring.

Summary

It is essential to mention that the Lord of the Rings is one of the greatest films in the history of cinematography. Peter Jackson succeeded in creation of the brilliant screening of the famous book written by Tolkien. I recommend this film to all my friends because the topics discussed in this story are very inspiring and sincere.
